Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing of your refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email as soon as your return is processed.
